Youth Ministry Program |
|
Just as our Sanctuary services are designed for
adult issues, challenges and pleasures, our Youth Ministry programs are
designed for the interests and pleasures of young people. We have a
well-rounded, spiritual curriculum based on each child's age and level of
understanding. For this reason, we proudly recommend that children and
teenagers attend the classes that are structured for them.
The first time you visit Renaissance Unity our ushers or youth ministry
staff will assist you in finding the right classroom(s). It is helpful to
arrive at least 15 minutes early for service as we have a classroom
sign-in policy for nursery through the sixth grade. The adult who signs a
child in for class must also sign them out.
Our teachers embrace a loving, spiritual consciousness and are eager to
share this consciousness with your children. This includes discussing
principles that revolve around God's unconditional love, forgiveness,
respect, love of oneself and, most importantly, the spirit of God that
lives inside each one of us.
Our interactive classrooms enlighten your child through Bible lessons,
meditation, love offerings, principle-related storybooks, real-life
experiences, songs, games and artistic expression.
Youth Ministry opportunities are provided for 1 month through 12th grade
at both the 9 and 11:00 a.m. services.
